Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Currently they are looking to bring on board a Systems Administrator who can work out of their office in Orange County.
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for patch management, including automation, reporting and compliance tools.
Serve as a resource to development and business teams to ensure workloads are using the best and most efficient software/hardware/cloud solutions.
Build tools and/or systems to monitor IT Infrastructure, and be proactive with preventing outages.
Research new software/hardware and demoing them to form recommendations.
Researching and testing new software and hardware to meet business needs.
Implementing new software/hardware (installing, configuring) in a fault-tolerant environment.
Review current software/hardware to ensure it is still meeting business needs.
Deliberately research root causes of outages and recommend and implement fixes.
Always keep security and principals of least-access at the fore-front of systems changes and decisions.
Provide mentoring/training to junior team members
Responding to system outages with urgency.
Providing Tier 2 support when needed.
Requirements:
4-year degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in an internal technical support role.
Solid working knowledge of either Microsoft Hyper-v ecosystems or Vsphere
Experience implementing and completing complex IT projects and initiatives.
Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical team members.
