We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager for our rapidly growing company in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business. Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. You will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with our customers, including developers and general contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, developers, and general contractors to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  4. Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
  5. Foster a positive and productive work culture within the sales team.
  6. Utilize strong knowledge of Floridian Code in the construction industry to guide sales strategies and decisions.
  7. Identify new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within the construction industry.

Specific qualifications include:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a focus on Outside Sales and B2B prospects
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Construction industry, including familiarity with Floridian Code.
  3. Proven experience working with developers and general contractors.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
  8. A strong commitment to fostering a positive and productive work culture.
