Job DetailsCommunity Health Organization seeking a Primary Care Physician
What you will be doing:
Comprehensive Health Management: Primary care physicians provide ongoing and holistic care, managing a wide range of health issues from acute illnesses to chronic conditions.
Preventive Care: They focus on preventive medicine, conducting routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings to promote wellness and detect health issues early.
Coordination of Care: They act as the central point of contact for patients, coordinating care between specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Patient Education and Counseling: They educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle choices, offering counseling to support behavior changes that promote better health outcomes.
Skills you need:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Adult Medicine
