- Oversee the quality control process from material receipt to final inspection, ensuring all welding procedures meet ASME and AWS standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspections, weld evaluations, and monitor welding activities in compliance with inspection procedures, standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality control work packages.
- Coordinate and track Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities.
- Collaborate on the development of new welding procedures and welder qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Current CWI certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication quality control, with strong knowledge of ASME, AWS standards, and NDT methods.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and maintaining inspection records.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
