Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales to join our fast-growing technology company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success with a deep understanding of various sales channels and strategies. This role will be responsible for driving high revenue growth, leading our sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The VP of Sales will be an integral member of our leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of our company. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help shape our future success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all channels (Direct, Partner, Strategic Partnership, and Retention), aligned with our company's growth objectives.
  2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing them with the tools, guidance, and motivation they need to succeed.
  3. Researching the market and knowing what competitors are doing to inform leadership.
  4. Achieve Revenue targets: Monitor sales performance against revenue and profitability targets, adjusting strategies and processes as needed.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and identify new potential relationships to grow our Partner Channels.
  7. Manage the budget and financial aspects of the sales department, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 20+ years of experience in a sales role
  3. 10 years of leadership (people management) experience leading multiple channels
  4. Proven track record of achieving high revenue growth and experience scaling sales revenue from less than $50M to over $200M
  5. Extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales technologies.
  6. Has been part of a multi-channel sales team
  7. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  8. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
