Job Details

We are looking for a sociable VP of People and Culture to manage HR for our team. Our company culture is self-expressed, introspective, and hard-working. Our People and Culture team supports this by designing policies, procedures, and structures that create an environment for our staff to be their most well-rounded selves. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the recruiting function, conducting all culture interviews
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Create, manage and promote company programs to create an efficient and supportive workplace.
  • Create, develop, implement, and manage HR policies.
  • Gather, analyze and maintain HR data and useful metrics.
  • Lead all hands meeting to ensure culture alignment
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Systems transformation- will work with tech and other stakeholders to evolve company process.
  • Quarterly Compensation Analysis- Will review market and manage compensation adjustments for the business to keep up with market trends.
  • Recognize situations within the organization where correction or alignment needs to happen and taking the appropriate action to resolve that conflict

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 10 years of leadership experience overseeing recruiting and culture
  • Shows progression on resume and strong tenure
  • Experience writing and managing HR policies for companies larger than 500 employees and can articulate past experiences and work that relates to our current P&C happenings
  • Has worked at a company that has less than 300 employees
  • Has worked at a company that has more than 750 employees
  • Additional HR training and/or certification is a plus.
