Job Details:

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and passionate Product Development Engineer specializing in Pharma or Medical Devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT device management, Network Management, and descriptive statistics, along with an aptitude for 2D Drawing, Tolerance Analysis, and Assembly Drawing Creation. You will be a part of a dynamic team, working on cutting-edge medical technology products, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare solutions. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of innovative medical devices or pharma products from conceptualization to commercialization.
2. Utilize your expertise in IoT device management and Network Management to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our products.
3. Leverage your skills in descriptive statistics to analyze and interpret product data, driving informed decision-making processes.
4. Create detailed 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and perform tolerance analysis using tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
5. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using MS Project and Jira.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory, to ensure product development aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor products to maintain competitiveness in the market.
8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product development progress for stakeholders using MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development within the pharma or medical devices industry.
3. Proven experience with IoT device management, Network Management, and descriptive statistics.
4. Proficiency in 2D Drawing, Tolerance Analysis, and Assembly Drawing Creation.
5. Strong skills in MS Office Suite, SolidWorks, MS Project, Jira, and AutoCAD.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. In-depth knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations for medical device or pharma product development.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions based on data.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
