Salary: $165,000 - $205,000 per year

- 10+ years’ experience in Construction management
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required (stick build)
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Arizona (or relocating to Phoenix and had prior experience and connections in Phoenix)
- Ability to step into a leadership role and take on multiple large $30M+ multi-family projects
- Strong Tenure
