Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:Based in the Midwest with a large presence in AZ, we aim to enhance the quality of multifamily housing throughout the country through real estate development, construction and property management. We have developed over $2.9 billion worth of real estate. Our property management branch has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US for three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list. We are building out a construction division that can operate as the GC for our projects.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction management
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Arizona
- Ability to step into a Lead PM role and take on multiple large $30M+ multi-family projects
