Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a large top 5 multi-family developer with an office in Tampa. we aim to enhance the quality of multifamily housing throughout the country through real estate development, construction and property management. We have developed over $2.9 billion worth of real estate. Our property management branch has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US for three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list. We are building out a construction division that can operate as the GC for our projects.
We are looking for our next great leader in Tampa. We are looking for a Project Manager looking to take that next step or a existing Senior Project Manager looking for a change to join the team!

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction management
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Florida
- Ability to step into a leadership role and take on multiple large $30M+ multi-family projects
