Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes
• Manage budgetary resources effectively, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality care standards

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain BSN within two years
• 10+experience in nursing, including three years in a leadership role
• Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire
• Experience with individuals with multiple complexities and/or chronic health conditions preferred
• Demonstrated strong clinical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in pediatrics and/or long-term care is advantageous
