We are seeking a Controller who will be responsible for overseeing financial operations within our Entertainment Payroll Service company. Controller will manage manage a small accounting team, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The controller is also responsible for ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant financial regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the accounting department and staff
• Overseeing financial reporting and analysis
• Developing and monitoring budgets
• Implementing financial controls and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinating with external auditors
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Managing cash flow and working capital
• Assisting with strategic financial planning and forecasting

The ideal candidate for a controller position should have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They should also have a thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. A CPA or CMA certification is often preferred for this role.
