Hours: M-F/9a-5p/Full-time
Pay: $70/hr
Location: Outpatient, Infusion Treatment Center in Kearny Mesa.
Must-Have:
2+ years of NP experience (infusion, med-surg, oncology preferred)
Active CA NP License
BLS/ACLS Cert
CRNI/IGCN desired
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct an initial clinical screening with each new patient to review their medical history prior to receiving their first infusion.
- Supervise and administer IV infusion and injections for patients with chronic illnesses.
- Educate patients about the risks, side effects, and benefits of the medication.
- Discuss the plan of care between ordering providers and our infusion center.
- Review orders received, and verify medical records and diagnostic tests to support diagnosis and treatment.
- Review pertinent labs, reports, and medications tried and failed.
