Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in working on commercial real estate matters

• Experience with leasing, lending, acquisitions, and dispositions

• Strong drafting, writing, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Juris Doctor

• IL Bar in good standing

• The ideal candidate has the ability to work as part of a team while also having the confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility when appropriate for matters involving direct client interaction
