Title: Research Engineer
Location: Hilmar, CA 95324
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

- Develop new and improved cheese and dairy-derived ingredients.
- Design and conduct experiments using analytical instruments and process equipment.
- Evaluate and optimize new and existing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to implement new products and processes.
-Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
-Maintain industry knowledge and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, or Master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of research principles, process engineering, and experimental design.
- Ability to model static and dynamic process systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
