We are seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Newark office. The ideal candidate will primarily represent employers in traditional labor matters and have experience with employment counseling and litigation, including defending against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. NJ admission is required, with NY and PA admissions as a plus. Key responsibilities include handling unfair labor practice charges, NLRB elections, collective bargaining, and responding to strikes/picketing.

Candidates must be admitted to the NJ Bar, with NY and PA admissions as a plus.
