We are seeking a Land Use and Redevelopment Attorney with at least four years of experience to join our Real Property Group in Newark. The ideal candidate will have:

Significant experience with applications before municipal planning and zoning boards.

Familiarity with county, state, and federal permitting processes.

Experience pursuing approvals for redevelopment projects.

Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York and Pennsylvania Bars is a plus.
