Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Tax Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing comprehensive tax advisory services. As a Permanent Tax Associate, you will be instrumental in managing and implementing tax strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax savings. This role requires a candidate with 5+ years of experience in tax advisory services, preferably within the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review complex tax returns and tax strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
2. Conduct thorough tax research and planning to identify potential tax savings and minimize tax liabilities.
3. Provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing tax risks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective tax strategies and policies.
5. Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors, representing clients in tax audits and disputes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax advisory services, preferably within the finance industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
4. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and implementing tax strategies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
