Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year

Our law firm seeks a seasoned Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all aspects of civil litigation, including trial work, arbitration, and mediation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is ready to take their career to the next level within a supportive and collaborative environment. As an integral part of our team, you will handle a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across multiple industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
2. Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
3. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
4. Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure effective and efficient resolution of cases.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in the State of Washington (Washington Bar Admission).
3. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
4. Proven experience in trial work, arbitration, and mediation.
5. Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
