Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our well-established legal team. The successful candidate will be primarily focused on premises liability cases and must be admitted to the Washington Bar. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in premises liability. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful case management and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of premises liability cases, including slip and fall, inadequate maintenance, negligent security, and defective conditions.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

1. J.D. from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Washington Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on premises liability.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and work under tight deadlines.
5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
