Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Must-Haves:

• Education & Experience: B.S. degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering; 5-7+ years of related experience in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
• Management: 3+ years of recent experience in a management role within inventory and logistics in an electronics production environment.
• Software Knowledge: Proficient in material management, logistics, and export compliance software, including ScanForce, Starship, MES, ERP systems; experience with Sage ERP is highly preferred.
• Decision-Making: Ability to prioritize critical tasks, work well under pressure, manage competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with a commitment to continuous improvement in inventory management and logistics operations.
• Technical Competence: Strong experience in ERP systems, inventory control, and logistics, with highly proficient Excel skills (Power BI a plus).
• IC Production: Understanding of integrated circuits production and assembly operations.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Specific experience with Sage ERP, ScanForce, Starship, MES
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and assignments.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, including queries, data manipulation, statistics, and trending.
• Windows & MS Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in a Windows environment, particularly with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
