Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our expanding team in the Engineering industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high impact professional who is passionate about project management and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage complex projects from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring that all objectives are met within the agreed time frame and budget.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, technical specifications, and budgets.
  3. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed about project status, risks, and issues.
  4. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management, providing insight into project performance, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Implement project management best practices and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project deliverables.
  8. Foster a collaborative project environment, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered a plus.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  3. Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and present complex information to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project data and develop insightful reports.
  6. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
