Job Responsibilities:

Participate in month-end close processes, including tasks such as preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand and monitor monthly activity for accurate financial reporting and forecasting

Assist with quarterly presentations to lenders and investor reporting

Support technical accounting research and analysis, guiding team members on accounting matters and process improvements

Serve as a key contact during the annual audit process with external auditors

Education, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred)

4+ years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience as a plus

Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting principles (US GAAP)

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus but not required
