Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
• Collaborates with the CFO & leadership team to create forecasts and budgets.
• Create budgets and forecasts for the company.
• Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status and performance.
• Drive the company's financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Manage team of financial assistants and professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• A proven track record of working with senior management to drive cost-saving measures through budgeting and forecasting.
• A demonstrated ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
