Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Patent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of patent portfolio, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting prior art searches, and providing legal advice to our clients on patent-related matters.   • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various jurisdictions, primarily in the fields of software, telecommunications, and electronics.
  • Conducting prior art searches and providing legal opinions on patentability, validity, and freedom to operate.
  • Advising clients on patent-related matters, including patent strategy, portfolio management, and litigation.
  • Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure consistent and high-quality patent protection for our clients.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in patent law and technology to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Patent Attorney, with a focus on patent drafting and prosecution.
  • Deep understanding of patent law and procedure, including international patent law.
  • Technical background in software, telecommunications, or electronics is highly desirable.
