Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Controller to join the fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing accounting and financial activities for assigned companies. The duties include producing financial statements, forecasting future results, and directing accounting and other administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all regional financial operations, including billing, POC, and journal entries.
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Create forecasts and budgets, monitoring and reporting on any variances.
  • Supervise and train a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Reconcile balance sheets and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required, providing insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or in a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting positions.
  • CPA is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and accounting software, BuildOps and INTACC preferred
  • Able to travel 25% on average
