Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Civil Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within time and budget. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project progress.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports and other relevant documentation.
• Develop a detailed project budget, track project costs, and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress and challenges.
• Review and approve construction submittals, ensuring that they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment, providing guidance and leadership to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
• Proven experience with project accounting and construction submittals.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
