Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Analyst II - Finance in the medical industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and help shape the future of our financial systems. You will be playing a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and support of our Oracle ERP systems. This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes and systems, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business needs, translating complex requirements into scalable, pragmatic, and efficient Oracle ERP solutions.
• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle ERP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation, providing end-user training and support as needed.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Oracle ERP system configurations, including system enhancements and customizations.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that the Oracle ERP system meets business needs and is aligned with the overall IT strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
• Manage and resolve Oracle ERP system issues, coordinating with Oracle support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining system security and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP system implementation and support, with a focus on Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and systems, with experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system configuration and customization, with experience in Oracle Cloud Financials preferred.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management requirements in the medical industry.
• Certification in Oracle ERP Finance modules or related areas is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
