Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Oracle Team Lead - ERP to join our dynamic team in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of Oracle ERP systems within our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Oracle ERP professionals, while also providing strategic direction for the organization's Oracle ERP initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for all Oracle ERP related activities and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the system is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of Oracle ERP professionals, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and ready to execute their responsibilities effectively.
2. Oversee the successful implementation and management of Oracle ERP systems.
3. Provide strategic direction for the organization's Oracle ERP initiatives.
4. Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure the Oracle ERP system is meeting the needs of the organization.
5. Regularly review system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
6. Ensure all Oracle ERP activities are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of Oracle ERP activities.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oracle and other key vendors.
9. Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP trends and technologies and incorporate them into the organization's operations where applicable.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle ERP systems, preferably within the Energy industry.
2. Proven experience in managing a team of Oracle ERP professionals.
3. Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion and other Oracle ERP modules.
4. Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
5. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application within a business context.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10. Oracle ERP certification is a plus.
