Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent D365 System Analyst to join our innovative team in the Energy industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and improving our D365 system, ensuring its optimal performance to support business operations. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in the energy sector and a solid background in system analysis and management. The candidate will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver top-notch solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and optimize the D365 system to ensure its seamless operation and alignment with business needs.
2. Develop and implement strategies for improving system performance and user experience.
3. Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
4. Design and execute system tests to identify potential issues and ensure the system’s functionality and reliability.
5. Provide technical support and training to system users, addressing their queries and issues promptly and effectively.
6. Stay abreast of the latest D365 updates and features, implementing them as necessary to enhance system performance.
7. Work in collaboration with the IT team to integrate other systems and tools with D365.
8. Prepare and present reports on system performance and improvements to stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the Energy industry.
3. Proven experience with D365 system management and optimization.
4. Proficiency in SSIS and Power BI is required.
5. Strong knowledge of system testing and troubleshooting techniques.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex system issues.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest D365 features and updates.
9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
