Job Details:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and developing strategies to improve financial health. This role is integral to the success of our business and will require a candidate with a strong background in finance, accounting, and business management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring they comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the financial health of the company.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with executive management to make decisions on financial and operational matters.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Oversee the audit process, liaise with external auditors and manage financial risk.
• Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, financing strategies, and investment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Controller.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, financial accounting, cash flow management, and management accounting.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software, databases, and financial analysis tools.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
