Job Details

We’re looking for sharp associates to join our team in either Wilmington, DE, or Newark, NJ. If you have experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law—especially corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and related litigation—you’ll fit right in. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, and if you’re admitted to the NY bar in addition to NJ or DE, even better! Get ready to tackle cases that will challenge you and build your expertise in a field that’s as rewarding as it is demanding.
