Job Details:

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Plant Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive the growth and success of our operation. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining budget and cost control. The successful candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, project management, team building, operations, inventory management, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective production and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields are a plus.
