We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Briefing Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our litigation process, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and providing support to our trial attorneys. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-level legal research and writing in a fast-paced environment. If you are an attorney with a passion for personal injury litigation and a knack for crafting compelling briefs, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive legal research on various issues related to personal injury litigation.
  2. Draft, revise, and finalize briefs, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  3. Review and analyze complex legal issues and questions to provide clear, concise, and informed advice.
  4. Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop legal strategies and arguments.
  5. Ensure the timely filing of all pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with the court.
  6. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and court decisions affecting personal injury litigation.
  7. Participate in client meetings and legal proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the state bar.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, Lawyer, Plaintiff, or in a similar role.
  4. Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including briefs and motions.
  5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  6. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures.
  7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
