Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Immigration Attorney, you will be expected to:

  1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on various immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, deportation issues, and employment for non-citizens.
  2. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials related to immigration.
  3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, appeals, and contracts.
  4. Conduct thorough and detailed research on immigration law and stay updated on any changes or updates to the law.
  5. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  6. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all client interactions.
  7. Work closely with clients to manage expectations and address their concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Immigration Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law.
  4. Profound knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures.
