We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our well-established legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm, representing plaintiffs in labor and employment disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to showcase their litigation skills, make a significant impact, and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff), you will:

  1. Represent clients in all stages of labor and employment litigation, including but not limited to, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, precedents, and legal arguments for cases.
  3. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights, obligations, and legal options in labor and employment matters.
  4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes favorably and cost-effectively.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) role will have:

  1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in labor and employment law with a focus on plaintiff representation.
  4. Proven track record in litigation, including trial experience.
  5. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
  7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
  8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
  10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
