Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

As a Product Manager, your main goal is to ensure the successful delivery of technical products that enhance business performance. You'll spend your week discovering user needs, translating findings into detailed requirements, and executing plans. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams to drive product initiatives, addressing stakeholder needs and challenges.
• Translate market insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and maximize product value with input from various teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support or lead go-to-market strategies and the launch of new product features, including internal and external training and presentations.
• Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to effectively manage the product backlog and deliver market value.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to recognize, analyze and solve a variety of problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in the healthcare and revenue cycle management space.
• Experience building or managing workflow applications
• Experience with creating UI mockups, writing requirement documents, and working with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with 2 week sprint cycles, SDLC, and Scrum Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucid, Figma, & Adobe.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to identify, analyze, and resolve various issues.
