Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Business Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex business litigation matters, providing legal services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Business Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in all stages of business litigation, from initiation to resolution, including trials, motions, discovery, and settlement.
2. Conducting thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
4. Advising clients on their legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities, providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
5. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals, including partners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants, to ensure the effective and efficient handling of cases.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is in their best interest.
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in business litigation law and regulations, ensuring that our legal services are always compliant and current.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Business Litigation Associate position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business litigation, with a proven track record of success in trials, motions, discovery, and settlement.
3. Admission to the state bar where practicing.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships and work effectively with a team.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
8. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in the face of legal challenges.
