Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Reputable, firm in NYC looking to hire an experienced Litigation Attorney for their growing team! In this position, you will be handling cases from start to finish, which includes: handling discovery, appeals, drafting complaints, arguing motions, etc. The ideal candidate will having federal practice, vast writing and trial experience. All candidates must also be barred in NY!

Position Requirements:

• Experience Trying cases (MUST)
• Vast writing experience (MUST)
• Federal Practice experience (MUST)
• 3 + years of Litigation experience
• Experience taking depositions, drafting motions, and handling discovery requests.
• Licensed to practice law in NY
• Experience with Title IX, Defamation, Employment Discrimination, and Commercial Disputes are also sought after
