Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

We represent, an award-winning firm located in downtown Miami. We are seeking a full time, experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join the Ft. Lauderdale team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case
• Providing guidance and counsel to clients
• Focus on finding solutions
• Medical case review
• Professional & courteous to clients and staff
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Research and legal analysis
• Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
• Litigating cases
