Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Our client is actively recruiting for a pre-suit personal injury attorney to join their Orlando offices. This opportunity is with a growing boutique firm that specializes in plaintiff personal injury representation.

We are seeking an attorney with 1+ years of pre-suit experience for personal injury claims including auto accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, or slip and falls. This has potential to develop into a full-time litigation role. Interested attorneys must be bilingual (English & Spanish) and have excellent organizational and problem solving skills to assist injured clients and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. Additional responsibilities include:

• Lead case evaluation stage reviewing potential personal injury claims and evaluating the viability of the case.
• Regularly communicate with clients to gather pertinent information and evidence.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to obtain appropriate medical records.
• Conduct legal research to support claims and prepare for potential litigation.
• Conduct pre-litigation settlement negotiations with insurance companies/opposing counsel.
