Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review complex tax returns including federal and multi-state for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
2. Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues and tax implications including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and estate planning.
3. Develop tax strategies and policies that help the company maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
4. Provide tax planning and consulting to internal departments and clients to minimize tax liabilities and ensure optimal tax management.
5. Manage tax provisions and tax balance sheet accounts, and prepare related disclosures for financial statement purposes.
6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning.
