1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the tax department to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
2. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
3. Researching and analyzing tax issues and changes in tax legislation to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profitability.
5. Providing guidance and training to junior tax staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting professional development.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integration of tax considerations into business decisions.
