Job Details:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Planner for a permanent position in our Engineering department. This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring a dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge of managing and developing comprehensive plans for our engineering programs. The successful candidate will have a background in Materials and be a Master Integrated Planner/Scheduler or possess an equivalent skillset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the ongoing success of our engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Program Planner, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing detailed program plans and schedules, ensuring all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the set quality standards.
2. Coordinating with different departments, stakeholders, and clients to gather all necessary data for planning.
3. Identifying potential risks and bottlenecks in projects and proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
4. Monitoring project progress, making necessary adjustments to plans and schedules, and reporting status to stakeholders.
5. Collaborating with the engineering team to understand project objectives and specifications.
