Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Program Planner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative and fast-paced engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating various aspects of our engineering projects. You will work with a diverse team of engineers and professionals to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including resources, costs, and task dependencies, using tools such as GANTT charts, RACI charts, Microsoft Project, and other project management software.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates for project planning.
  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to create insightful reports and dashboards for project status tracking and communication.
  • Oversee the production planning process, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are efficiently utilized.
  • Maintain a Master Integrated Planner/Scheduler to streamline and optimize project scheduling.
  • Regularly review and analyze project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Aerospace and Defense team to ensure project alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communicate project updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning or related roles in the engineering industry.
  • Proven experience with Materials, Master Integrated Planner/Scheduler, Production planning, GANTT Charts, RACI Charts, Tableau, PowerBI, and Microsoft Project.
  • Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
