Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

We are growing and looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cost accounting processes, including accurate reporting of cost of goods manufactured and sold.
• Establish and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and standard costing (material, labor, and overhead) in ERP systems across multiple sites.
• Lead annual updates to standard costs with cross-department collaboration.
• Review and reconcile cost variances monthly.
• Maintain and implement perpetual inventory systems at all sites.
• Coordinate monthly closing processes and participate in budgeting.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information, including product costs.
• Analyze manufacturing processes with plant managers to improve decision-making.
• Maintain the integrity of accounting systems and provide account analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, verify financial documents, and communicate financial information effectively.
• Proficient in relevant computer systems and software.
