Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage project activities from initial client meetings through to project completion and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate design processes and secure necessary governmental approvals.
  • Organize and manage the bidding process, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical and contractual issues, and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any changes or requests.
  • Prepare monthly reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety and sustainability standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field, with at least two years of commercial construction management experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
