Job Details

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Permanent Associate Transactional Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in real estate and small business transactions. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage various transactional projects related to real estate development, commercial property deals, business formation, and small business acquisitions.

  • Work 2 days a week in our Philadelphia office, 2 days in our Fort Washington office, and 1 day a week remote
  • Real Estate and Business Transactions: Manage commercial real estate deals, business formation, asset purchases, and small business mergers.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with client goals.
  • Due Diligence and Transaction Management: Perform due diligence, structure deals, and oversee contract execution and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Guide clients on structuring and negotiating real estate and business transactions.
  • Compliance and Research: Conduct research to support transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Business Development: Utilize the firm’s network to attract clients, develop business skills, and build your own client base.

What we are looking for:

  • Licensed to practice law in PA
  • 2+ years of transactional law with some experience in real estate and small business transactions
