Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

We are a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. We are one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors. As a Project Superintendent managing all aspects of project operations, including managing crews. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with customers.

Applicant must be self-motivated and able to perform numerous aspects including takeoffs, site visits, gathering quotes, working with subcontractors, managing multiple estimates, and coordinating with other ESI divisions and personnel for projects.

• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of construction management experience on civil or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with Agtek, Bluebeam, and Bid2Win is preferred, but not required if applicant has strong estimating background.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
