Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

PROJECT TYPES:

MUST HAVES:
? -Civil 3d
? -Grading skills
? -Utility design
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to design components of a land development project including grading, utilities, hydrology, erosion control, and water quality.
- Understand and implement the different water quality tier designations for the reviewing agencies' permits.
- Coordinate civil design aspects with planners, architects, landscape architects, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, and traffic engineers.
- Manage design engineers and work under the supervision of a project manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
- E.I.T. Certification is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare preliminary drawings, construction drawings, and exhibits from start to finish.
- P.E. is highly desired, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation as you may be required to make in-person submittals and attend project meetings on behalf of the company and clients
